ICN2 Workshop on Research, Strategy and Innovation

This workshop aims to provide training and networking opportunities in key areas of interest in the management of research institutions, such as the development and implementation of strategic operational and research policies; performance management; lean and efficient research support services; public and private funding strategies; innovation strategy; the principles of RRI, incl. ethics, gender, diversity, public engagement and social impact; Open Science; and Horizon Europe.
Objectives:
- To address the above topics through a series of lectures by leading experts
- To provide an enriching space for the useful exchange of experiences, best practices and success stories
- To explore the possibility of joint proposals for European funding instruments like ERASMUS+
- To further the development of projects by EARMA Working Groups
Target audience: European experts and professional counterparts with strategic roles in research management. EARMA alumni. Key local agents.
